Found Deceased OR - Kerry Albert Letsch, 62, Yamhill County, 13 Jul 2018 *endangered*

Mr. Letsch was reported missing to Yamhill County Sheriff's Office 7/13/2018. His vehicle was located at the Northbound Santiam rest area on Friday, July 20, 2018. He was last seen on a park bench at the rest area a couple days ago.
OSP is requesting #PublicAssistance with any information or if anyone has given Mr. Letsch a ride.
