They need to talk to other students and see if they remember talking to him and when he was last seen.

News just said last time seen at 8:45am walking into his classroom.

If he was walking into the classroom, then why didn't the teacher know he was missing? :banghead: WHO saw him walking in?

He's so adorable - and only 7yo! For some reason I'm feeling frantic for this little one. Did mom leave him at the science fair? Or did she take him to class - and is there still school this time of year in Oregon? Hoping the child is found safe and SOON!

Yes, we still have school. The schools end from the first week of June to the middle of June.

A Portland Public Schools spokesman said Kyron Horman was dropped off for a science fair at the school by his step-mother at 8:45 a.m., but he never returned home Friday afternoon. <snipped>

So which is it? Seen walking into his classroom at 8:45 or dropped off for the science fair at 8:45??

According to their school page school is in till June 15 and there was a talent show to-day at 1 pm. Nothing on their calendar about a science fair.

What an absolute mess of reporting...I have not heard for sure that anyone saw him, it is all "he said, she said"...who saw him, besides Mom? And where? And if he walked into a classroom, then he would be in class, right? Or did he leave with Mom? Don't schools have cameras these days?

It's been reported he was dropped off at the science fair at 8:45, was with his stepmother at the science fair, was seen walking into his classroom at 8:45..................

Last seen wearing a black t shirt with a CSI logo on it. Step mother brought him to the science fair, said good bye to him as he walked into his classroom but detectives are saying now that he never made it into the class. Very strange.

I wonder if it could be some sort of custody dispute...I hope it is..

Now a witness (a mother and a sixth grader at the school) said that she saw the mother talking to the principle saying that she hadn't seen him? Very confusing. I played it back twice. Maybe the news guy misspoke.
