He's so adorable - and only 7yo! For some reason I'm feeling frantic for this little one. Did mom leave him at the science fair? Or did she take him to class - and is there still school this time of year in Oregon? Hoping the child is found safe and SOON!
A Portland Public Schools spokesman said Kyron Horman was dropped off for a science fair at the school by his step-mother at 8:45 a.m., but he never returned home Friday afternoon. <snipped>

According to their school page school is in till June 15 and there was a talent show to-day at 1 pm. Nothing on their calendar about a science fair.

Now a witness (a mother and a sixth grader at the school) said that she saw the mother talking to the principle saying that she hadn't seen him? Very confusing. I played it back twice. Maybe the news guy misspoke.
