IMO, someone told the teacher that they were taking Kyron, or the teacher would have looked for him everywhere if she had witnessed Kyron on that morning.
or the teacher jumped to that conclusion since the sm was already on campus at one time. Any other day I would agree, but this day was atypical and nothing was as it would be on a normal day.

If someone told the teacher they were taking Kyron, that would pretty much be the focus of the investigation and that would be that, because that would be counter to everything we know.but we have heard no reports of this at all. Lets face it,if sm said she left and came back to pick him up at the school bus, but also told someone she was taking him earlier, this would be the entire focus of the investigation and she would be a POI. jmho

What is baffling to me is that there has not been a vocal group of family/friends/coworkers/neighbors talking to the media and stating positive things about the family.

......unless the person that took Kyron made a very vague statement to the teacher in a confused/crowded/loud room.

Did you read Kaine's e-mail?

"Don't talk to the media." Not so baffling.

I am not certain that this occurred and it is not a rumor. Is there a reference for this actually happening? Did it come from a legitimate/acceptable source?
(I don't know.)

It's based on the words of the child who was visited by the sheriff and asked not to discuss the case anymore. Yet his guardian put him out there again, AFTER she was asked not to.

I think the sheriff visited her to and asked her to hush it up because it could skew other witnesses recollections. Because she went on air with the child AFTER that visit, I think that she was more interested in being on TV than seeing the case resolved. Just think... any of the kids in that class could have talked on TV. But she sought out media. Twice.

The only other child to talk in the media, that I know of, is the little girl who just talked about missing Kyron because she played on the swings with him. Nothing about the case, though.

I really wish that that grandmother had not put that child out there like that. People do the craziest things.

just my opinion.

That was from an interview with Kyron's classmate, TP, who said the "sub" had said that perhaps he was in the bathroom or getting a drink of water. The links are all over the place.

The husband told his co-workers not to talk to the media. Maybe she instructed her friends likewise.

I agree, JBean.

If he trusted the adult, then most anything that adult would have said to him would have been enough for him to leave with the adult.

Whether it was, "You left your lunch outside--come get it," or "We need to go get your eyes checked and will be back later"... whatever it was, he trusted the adult. Can't imagine the sense of betrayal that this adorable little boy must have felt when he realized what was happening.

I really really hope that however he went, it was quick and that he did not suffer... long.
or come outside and help find my puppy that is hurt. or I have some candy for your class can you help me carry it. or your sm is outside and asked me to bring you to her because she has something for you, or your mom is here and wants you to show her your project.

I am sure everyone has been told not to talk to media.

This statement is from a 7 year old. Today, my 7 year old goddaughter told me that her dad had to be neutered so they wouldn't have any more kittens.
She was cute, but confused.

Maybe. But we do know she told everyone right off the bat not to listen to the media because what they were saying was inaccurate. First or second day.

I was taken at gunpoint at my office one day as were a few other people. After the swat team arrived and we gave our statements to LE, the news crews were everywhere. An officer pulled me aside and said, you can do what you want but I strongly recommend you not go on camera.Perps were not caught and who knows what they may do. I took his advice and shared it with another co-worker that had been held hostage. Still and all within 5 minutes she was in front of every news camera. She just had to be on TV. LOL.

If your child was missing, would your friends/family/coworkers speak to the press and tell them that your marriage was healthy, you didn't beat your children, and you could never hurt your child?

But if that were the case, then I don't get why the sheriff's and his spokesmen would say that that this is an isolated incident and no other children are in danger.

Sounds very specific to me.

I don't think that this is a sexual crime. At least the perp's motivation wasn't sexual gratification.

Again, jmo.

Yep, facebook.

Not if you put a passive-aggressive legal threat in your email instructing them not to talk.

You know?

Do not speak to any media if contacted; I am trying to contact Intel legal to give them the heads up and help with this situation
