to clarify before I am accused of anything, I meant nothing posted about the science fair or Kyron specifically. She did have a few comments here and there, mainly pertaining to games, etc. Nothing that would look like an opportunity to a SO or other foul beast.

Is it suspicious to anyone else that only random comments were made until the day Kyron came up missing... BEFORE he was known to be missing to post that picture after not really engaging to much before hand?

Look at this map closely. You can see that LE is interested in looking at traffic videos in only one direction from the school. One would think that LE would be interested in looking at traffic videos in a perimeter around the school.

Does anyone have any ideas about why LE is looking only in one direction from the school?

My guess is because those are the most populated roads ... if you go in the other direction (N, NW) there is just not much going on up there. And fewer roads, too.

All the roads I saw on the map are the main roads you would take from the school to either go down to hwy 26, Beaverton area, or the other side of the hill down to Hwy 30 or St John's or to the Portland area..
My guess is there are more stores, gas stations etc, south of the school down by 185th & West Union or Bethany area

It looked like all the normal main roads to me..
So I second nurseratchett's everything =)

Right BUT if you just abducted a child from his school would you take a main road or a rural road?
It seems to me that if the "abductor" took main roads, heavy traveled roads where anyone could see than this perp is someone that if anyone who knew Kyron saw him it would not throw up a red flag, another thing that ponts to LE thinking this is someone Kyron knows.

Hope it's safe for me to answer this. My answer is that your question is flawed. There *was* a fair amount of activity beforehand in the form of photo uploads. And that's all I'm going to say!

If you're thinking it had to do with evidence, etc., there are a number of posts a few pages back where people with LE experience (and spouses lol) explain why that isn't the case.

If one was to drive and visit all the locatations located on the map, how , long would it take?

Also to any local out there, IF you were going to drive to the search site of Suave, would you take a truck or a car? Are the roads rough out there?

Cuz those school talent shows generally suck? Just kidding (kind of). And he probably didn't have a central/significant role? And she had other things to do that day? This could not have been that big of a deal talent show, or else it would not have been at 1 p.m. when most parents are working, or on the same day as the expo/science fair.

ROFL. I can't even count how many torturous hours that I sat through these....but I always went and carted my other little ones along.

Well that's a lot of locations and some of those roads are long ... I have no idea how long it would take to drive the lengths of all those roads ... and I doubt anyone actually did that.

I have been to Sauvie Island and from the school, it's not a long drive. The road(s) on Sauvie Island don't need to be driven by a truck - up by one of the beachy areas (N part of island) the road does turn to gravel. It was rough in a sedan. But the main road(s) are smooth - it is a very touristy spot so the roads are good. If you want to go off the main roads though, it would be better in a truck because water pools up (the island is fairly flat) there's gravel and dirt side roads/driveways.

As someone pointed out, that's the time most 18m olds would be napping... or turning into little beasts if they didn't.
