The person is described as male, unknown race or age. He was wearing a black "Raiders" t-shirt and blue shorts. No socks or shoes. He is believed to be 5'6" to 6' tall possibly having short brown hair.

We believe the male was in the creek for less than one week.

This person has been identified as Bradley Lewis Spurgeon, 49.

A woman who described herself as Spurgeon’s girlfriend told detectives that Spurgeon had been missing since July 23, when he left a transient camp roughly 200 yards upstream from where his body was found.
