Perhaps this is a longshot, but the third word looks like it could be "realms" or "realm" to me. "Forgotten Realm" is a fantasy world in the Dungeons and Dragons game and there is a buddha-based God in that world.

Lack of trust in LE maybe. They may have also scattered once LE showed up if they themselves were drug users. I doubt where the encampment was, that it would be legal to be there. So they may have just taken their things and left. It might be easier to reach out to volunteers at shelters & volunteers that hand out food & clothes.

I haven’t been as active on WS so sorry about that, guys, but I’m back. Here’s one for you guys. Odd case. Lots of jewelry and distinct tattoos yet nobody’s come forward to say they know her.

On April 24, 2023, an unidentified female was found deceased in a homeless encampment in Portland, Oregon.

The decedent is described as a female, possibly Hispanic, Native American, and/or Pacific Islander. She was estimated to be under the age of forty.

She had black hair and brown eyes. She was 5’1” (155 cm) and weighed 135 pounds (62 kg).

She was wearing a floral black and blue long sleeve t-shirt, a green long sleeve t-shirt, a black and white full zip shirt, blue jeans, black sweatpants, and shiny black and white low top Adidas tennis shoes.

She had some distinct jewelry. She was wearing a silver colored ring with a white pearl and two clear stones, a copper colored ring with a green and white yin yang and hearts, a gold colored clip with red and green stones, and a teal rubber bracelet with the word “Takeya” on it.

She had a tattoo of a seated, cross-legged Buddha figure with the words “never forgotten” below it and a letter V and musical note tattoo on her left shoulder.
