"Brenda Marshall and her family attended her niece's wedding in Gaston on Saturday, July 11. When she and her two sons returned to their Northeast Portland home the next day, they found her older brother, Todd Ternes, 46, dead in the home they shared.
He was bludgeoned, and his throat was cut."

Crimestoppers is helping with this case according to the article.
