This does not look like a happy ending.

back on oct. 02 wh is talking to friends about why SHE QUIT OPENING so she could get more rest but now she is unable to sleep....

what time does starbucks open? 5am?

I just can't see the hubby using her ATM card at the gas station.Which would leave a trail. This sounds like someone who has no money on them.I wonder if the perp was on a bicycle waiting for her somewhere.

Or being seen at the gas station driving her car, with her in it no less.

Not sure which location he worked at but according to Sbucks site, most in Gresham open between 4am and 7am.

If you open the store I think you have to get there early like around 5:00.

But I'm not sure

She talks about changing her hours, so she could get more sleep. She used to open ...

Until LE says that Whitney's husband is a suspect or a POI I'm going to say he had nothing to do with this.

Whitney and her husband are so darling together. I hope against hope she will be found safe in the morning. What has happened to her?

Remember to say I love you to the one's you love, and the ones that love you.

Just a reminder...

We are a victim friendly site, unless or until Whitney's husband is named a POI or Suspect we will not be discussing him in that manner.

Been following the news today for hours.

I have so many thoughts it is difficult to clear everything and organize into anything relevant.

From the FB search page, someone reported that they were going around "Larch Mountain" when her boyfriend saw a "girl sitting on a dead tree curled up". (not-relevant: The girl who posted this info was befriended soon by an old-biker on her FB. She too has her FB public)

Also, the police have blocked all access to "Dodge Park" and actively searching the area.

(Assuming it is abduction (assuming Whitney has no role whatsoever)..)
Now, if the perpetrator who kidnapped her was the only one involved, she 'would have' got a chance to escape.

If there are more perpetrators involved, then there are many avenues to explore - (is she being used for human-hunting?, etc)

Also, the use of her credit cards at gas stations and at an ATM - tells us that either 1) the perpetrator is in-need of money or 2) using all these tactics to throw-off the focus on the investigation (as someone in-need of money).

What I don't understand is why would someone use her ford all the way to the Larch mountain/Dodge park with her and then return it to the Walmart Parking lot (when it would have already been reported missing).

With all the information so far: the perpetrator could be
1) TruckDriver
2) Guy who knows her timing and work as a Batista
3) Knows the Local Area well
4) With the 2nd and 3rd points, I find it difficult to understand that he is short of cash and need to use her creditcards and leave a trail of clues unless it is a random act.
