To locals what are the temperatures during the night there? I would love to think she got away from here and walking around on that mountain.
I *highly* doubt it doesn't have cams. I'd be shocked if it truly does not have them. I could be wrong. I'd go check this one out, but it's rush hour right now and that Walmart is about 15 miles from me.
How did they get the 11:17am time for when the vehicle was put there? Possibly by a cam from another business, but..
ETA: I'm curious as to what you mean by "different", but that's OT, so nevermind.
Her vehicle is pretty large. I wonder if the perp broke the glass as a means to enter the vehicle and then hid in the back until WH entered, at which time he overtook/surprised her.
When I was a new driver, my aunt always warned me to look into the backseat of my car when entering to make sure some creepo wasn't hiding there ready to attack.
Woodall in 1998 pleaded guilty to killing 16-year-old Sarah Hansen after abducting her from a convenience store in Greenville in western Kentucky. A jury sentenced him to death for the murder plea and life in prison for kidnapping and rape.
Hansen, a member of the National Honor Society, vanished on Jan. 25, 1997, after going to the store to rent a movie with plans to return home and watch it with her boyfriend. About two hours later, police began searching for Hansen before finding the minivan she was driving at Luzerne Lake, about a mile and a half from the store.
Officers followed a 500-foot long blood trail from the van to the lake, where they found Hansens unclothed body floating and her throat slashed. DNA, fingerprints and footprints led to Woodall. His case was later moved to Caldwell County because of pretrial publicity.

They said that gas station attendants at one of those locations -- a truck stop in Troutdale - remembered seeing her SUV and said Heichel as sitting in the passenger seat with a man driving. They said the man was acting suspicious and hurried, buying only a small amount if gas.
