These photos obviously establish some kind of verfiable link of Holt to WH

I've often wondered if others noticed Holt going to that Starbucks frequently?

And the photo of WH's SUV at WalMart was amazing, a great close up.

Over the past few days, I was able to upload a lot of the Google Photos from WH's Apartments as well as photos of JH and their vehicles parked at Starbucks. I have finally had a chance to go back and study some more of the photos and watch a few more news clips from ABC. Here are some of the details that I have found.

The first details are from the photo of JH at Starbucks in Sept. 2011 (login to see photos). Some of the photos are not high resolution, so it has been tricky sorting out some of the details. It appears that JH has his backpack or some sort of bag on the table. It looks like his right hand is guarding it (I believe he is right handed), and his left hand is gripping the coffee. It appears to be a Venti size coffee (20oz), the same size as the one found at Dodge Park, along with WH's Explorer floor mat. We are usually creatures of habit, so was this JH's preferred size of drink? Could JH have walked to Powell, Burnside Starbucks on the morning of October 16th, 2012 and grabbed a Venti coffee and walked back to his apt. complex? There is a Starbucks a few blocks from his house and it opens at 5:30am. Could the coffee cup that was dumped at Dodge Park be JH's? The other thing that I noticed was JH might have had his grey hooded sweatshirt draped over the chair behind him in this photo.

At WH's Starbucks parking lot was AH's 2010 Scion that JH had backed in for his meeting with his MIL. There are spots on the hood and some liquid on the ground near the drivers side headlight. Did JH throw a drink on the hood of the car? I know there was a report of something on the hood of WH's explorer when it was found at Walmart. Could JH have had a habit of throwing drinks on peoples car hoods out of anger? Passive Aggressive or Anger Retaliation?

After looking at WH's Explorer from last year compared to the photos from the Walmart Parking Lot /ABC News, I noticed a few differences. The first difference is on her rear view mirror. Last year (and most likely up to Oct.16th ) WH had her shell or nut ornament necklace hanging from her rear view mirror. It looks as if JH ripped it off of the rear view mirror, leaving only a frayed string hanging. The other change that I noticed, besides the change from framed windshield wipers to Bosch Frameless wipers, was that there appeared to be stress fractures/cracks on the passenger side middle dash. It could be sun cracks or photo pixel noise so there isn't any way of telling.

Other parts of the ABC News clip showed the back patio of JH's Apartment with his motorcycle and helmet. I believe it has already been posted, but I will repost since we have been talking about the apartment area again.

Depends on the state....though that is an amount of time I have never heard of....not that that means anything.

I haven't seen the actual court documents, but KPTV News Station mentioned that JH is being charged with 10 counts of Second Degree Encouraging Child Abuse and LE found files with names such as "Tara 8 year old". So I am sure they found files on either his gaming laptop, iPad or on his other storage devices. We would have to read the court documents to find out exactly which devices. None of the media outlets have posted a link to the documents that I am aware of. Maybe they found more files, but are only charging him with the files that will hold up in court. The one charge of burglary stems from the iphone theft from WH and CH's Apartment, which occured sometime between August 26th and Sept. 6th, 2012, when they were away on their camping trip.

The date of Feb. 25th appears to be this year, or they probably would have included the year 2014 as well. Cases like the Gary Ridgway (Green River Killer) case, as well as with the Joel Patrick Courtney case (Brooke Wilberger), were both settled in a plea bargain of revealing the whereabouts of the victims bodies, in exchange for not receiving the death penalty.

Although this is from a Utah law site, this generic plea bargain quote made sense to me:

"A few of the factors that may be taken into account when a plea bargain is contemplated are: the interests of justice being served, witness availability and evidence. Generally, the state discusses potential plea bargain offers with the victim or victim’s family, as well."

In this case, it appears that JH can not bargain with revealing the location of the body, because WH has been found. The thing that JH has on his side, is that there is currently a case in the Oregon Supreme Court regarding the Oregon Death Penalty. This will decide if Governor Kitzhaber has a right to declare a moratorium by stopping all death penalties in Oregon, while he is in office.

Other factors that could weigh in favor for JH, might be the family's religious and personal beliefs. But we can not discuss those here.

We do not know all of the evidence that LE has to bargain with, other than what has already released to the public.

Just this week, a different Gresham Resident (John Coleman Hardaway), plea bargained with Multnomah County, and only received an 8 year prison sentence in an aggravated murder case. His girlfriend was his second murder victim since 1996.
"Hardaway last week pleaded guilty in Multnomah County Circuit Court to second-degree manslaughter and first-degree assault. His plea came in the form of an Alford plea, a legal term meaning that he doesn’t admit to the acts, but he does agree that there is enough evidence to convict him."

There are some great similarities between how JH parked the Black Scion on Sept. 2011 at Starbucks, and how WH's Explorer was found parked at Walmart on Oct. 16th, 2012. Desdemona pointed out some great similarities between the two last week. JH's signature or Modis Operandi might be in how he parked both of these vehicles.

Here are some of the similarities:

1. Both the 2010 Black Scion and WH's Explorer were parked in backwards, against the shrubbery, backed up to a busy road.

2. Both vehicles were centered between the white spacing lines and the vehicles nose was parked in deep, with the back of the vehicle tight to the Shrubbery!

3. There seems to be a pole used as a reference point, when both vehicles were backed in. It's a bit difficult to see, but the Wells Fargo pole across the street from Starbucks is lined perfectly with the middle of the Black Scion. It almost appears to be used as a reference point in the rear view mirror when backing up. WH's Explorer was parked in backwards at Walmart and backed up centered with a light pole, as well.

4. Both of the vehicles were parked in one of the middle spaces of the Shrubbery Row.

Wednesday January 16th, 2013 will mark three months since Whitney was taken from her husband, family, friends and all of us.
We all have banded together with great teamwork, making sure that there will be Justice for Whitney!
