Circumstances of Recovery The body of a partially skeletonized male individual was found by a boater in the Willamette River close to the Grand Island State Park, in Yamhill County, Oregon. The remains were found with boots on both feet, a leather belt around the waist, and the remnants of jeans and underwear still on the body.
