This is a tad out-dated as it was discovered in April 2009 but I did a search and didn't see anything about it here. A friend just sent me the link to this article a couple days ago. If mods think it should be moved please move it to the Jury Room - thanks!

I went through and looked at every single name. It is pretty moving. When I have more time I want to google some of these names and see what information I can find out about some of these survivors. Schindler was a business man for sure but regardless he grew a heart during his exploits and HE grew to become one of the few bright spots that shine through those unbelievably miserable years of our world history.

The actual copy:

This is not the original but it has all of the names and some history about some of the names on the list - what they did, where they came from, what they did after the war, etc.

Was this the news story about the list being found like in an attic in a suitcase used by Schindler?

[Edit: I think there was more than one copy so this must have been a different one. It is still an amazing story, though.]

What a find. I would love to read the list. He turned into a great man that saved many people.

Thanks for the article and making me aware of this.

The man who wrote the book Schindler's List was Australian and the list was found in the vaults of a library in Australia in a box with a bunch of other stuff.
