Earlier last year, a headless skeleton was found buried in a shallow grave just off the road in Natchez, Mississippi. The man remains unidentified, and the local agency working this case does not have the funding needed to pursue advanced forensic DNA testing. Thanks to generous support from ALL OF YOU, we’ve already raised more than 65% of the funding goal, and we’ve started work on the case. Please help us get to the finish line!

His remains were found burned at a boat ramp—an effort to conceal the homicide. Burned remains are among the most challenging types of evidence for DNA analysis, but at Othram, we believe no case should ever be left behind.

On November 3, 1989 the decedent was found along the road behind a fence approximately 500 feet off of the roadway, near 3001 Walcutt Road, Columbus OH 43228. The decedent was not recognizable when found.

Detectives say Joseph Stanley Nowakowski was responsible for what had been one of the city's oldest unsolved homicides.

.The victim was found wearing a t-shirt with the word "OHANA" in blue. Under the word is a picture of the character "Stitch" from "Lilo and Stitch".

The sheriff’s office says she was wearing shorts with images of coffee mugs and donuts. She was also wearing a lightweight jacket with the brand name "Love Tree"

Clothing seems youngish, jewelry not too young though.
