Hate to show my ignorance, but what is the deal with "Baker County?"

Crystal lives in Baker County, as well as does her fiancee Chad, and her mother and some extended family. There is speculation that Crystal's family (namely Marie) could have arranged to abduct Haleigh for reasons we as yet do not know. People feel looking into their associations and what everyone there was up to in the weeks before she disappeared could hold the key as to where Haleigh is now and what happened the night she vanished.

Baker County is where Crystal and Marie live. Some want the investigation moved there. Some feel LE is completely wrong. Most see no reason for Baker County to be investigated AGAIN. Most assume LE is investigating in Putnam for a reason. Possibly because no leads have developed that indicate otherwise. I think this is all just a game to stay busy - I'm not sure. LOL!!

IMO Cobra is working for Cobra, although we don't know who's paying him. I doubt that Crystal would have $$ enough to fund him, even pro bono, if that, indeed, is his price.

He is probably another "distant" relative and working free for the "family". IJS

The money, they say, will go for the INVESTIGATION. I doubt they are giving the money to LE so maybe it is going to Cobra. They aren't paying anyone for searches so I can't figure out what else the money would go for. It could be going towards any out of pocket expenses Kim has in her Child Custody case though. It is either going to Kim or Cobra...bet on it. Of course Crystal could just be keeping the donations too.

It is sad they would not throw a little money to LE ( they probably would not except). I sure hope They consider any future needs they may need from LE in the future where ever that might be. They all are BUDDIES. Just MOO

Every person involved personally with Haleigh is still a suspect in this case. Why should the focus be on just Ron and Misty? Ron was at work and that was checked out. Yet people still question him being involved. Why not focus on Crystal and Chad too. At least they have a motive or two to take Haleigh. Everyone is open to be discussed...not just Ron and Misty. There is no proof that Chad couldn't have taken Haleigh for Crystal. I think there is just as much a chance that Crystal and Chad are guilty as there is that Ron and Misty are. In my opinion of course.
