Welllll.....according to RG, Baez & Co have a team of people trying to create reasonable doubt by implicating JG, RG & possibly his wife as well in the murder of little Caylee. I guess Cobra is trying to help them sniff these people out ...not exactly sure though

Maybe Cobras hands are tied because HE HAS brought everything to LE that he has gotten so far. LE is what's keeping this case under the radar, not Cobra.....I think, imo that Cobra was given an ultimatem and told he can either stay or go, but if he stays, he has to follow LE's orders, not his own. So I dont think its possible he is going to break this case, and IMO, LE put a stop to all that. Our problem is LE down there, not the BH & PI.

LE is so firm on their "no news" policy that it makes me think either: 1) they are very sure they know what happened and who was involved and are waiting for that person(s) to slip up, or 2) they don't have a clue and don't want to admit it. I hope it's #1...

It all sounds really ridiculous to me. Doesn't look like any of these people are capable of thinking outside the box. Why hire Staubs? It's not like he did anything for Haleigh. Or, Casey? IMO, I don't think I should touch that one with a twelve foot poll.

Maybe Staubs was hired in the Caylee case first, from what I understood he did help find the circle of people that are creating the reasonable doubt in the Anthony case and had to go back and help the Grund's. And who knows what else he has found out? Just because he or the media don't share the information doesn't mean that there is no new developments. As for him inserting himself in the Haleigh case I see no harm, he is investigating and getting people to talk that would of never went to LE on their own. He passes along all info to LE and they take it from their. He must have a good rep if JG's family hired him. Maybe the JG's family referred him to the Haleigh case as well. I can't find myself criticizing people that are actively searching for a missing child. We may not get the "Big Break" in the case because LE does not want the information shared. It doesn't mean that LE has not learned any new developments. JMO

Cobra needed a break, and ran out of money. He’d spent 26 days digging for Haleigh clues, living in at least one flea bag hotels where some rent rooms by the hour, dodging bad juju and trash planted by whacko bloggers ==and at least one discredited PI. But he got people to open up in a way they had not, and last Monday, turned all his information over to top investigators, who shook his hand and thanked him. He’ll be back, but for now, has turned to digging into the spin and disinformation the Tot Mom Team has concocted against RG and his son.

Yep, shame on Cobra. Who in the heck did he think he was trying to find a missing kid anyway....if he would have stayed off national teevee ever night and quit being a media huzzie and trying to gain fame and fortune...he mighta got somewhere.

What good did he think it was going to do banging on those RSO's doors? Pffffttttt. Why did he think trying to shake some witnesses loose might be a good thing. Hmmmppphhhhh.

Good grief, he should have just stayed out of it. I will never understand why anyone would want to help find a missing child. :bang:
