Cindy enjoys the spotlight, the limos, and the trips, imo. This would have given her a reason to "bounce back".

Yes, and this is why I believe she knows she is in deep doo-doo. She would still be talking and seeking the spotlight if she weren't afraid of jail. I don't think they believed that body would be found.

Remember when LP said that the PI said that "we have found Caylee and we are going to go get her"

Could it be that the A's were doubled crossed by someone they thought would take care of things for them??

EXACTLY....I have NEVER, EVER, EVER, believed that the A's didn't know that this beautiful baby was dead and actually cared to find her body. I better stop, before this turns into a rant.

To listen to MB and George on this video after finding out about DC knowing that Caylee was definitely dead puts it in a whole new light to me.

Yup, individual pieces don't give this case justice. To truly understand what is unfolding right before your very eyes you have to put so much side by side and then whammo, you're like OMG.

This video in conjunction with dc and jh videotaping the area along with Nejame quitting all within a few days makes her strange behavior even more strange and sets me off believing that she knew.

Mr Casey did not know the Anthony's prior to Caylee disappearing/murdered. Am I correct here? He does not have a first hand account of the relationship between Casey and Caylee, nor anyone else in the family
There is no way he can be certain Casey was a loving and protective mother, it is all hearsay.....I say.

I believe as long as Cindy was able to continue to have Casey to "save" she could continue to function for awhile by shutting it on and off (much like how "splitting" works) but eventually it would eat her up.

If they knew that long ago, I do not understand how they could just let Caylee's bones stay there...that seems so cold and horrible...just to know her remains are there and leave them. All this secrecy and no decency. I don't get it

As Casey herself said, "Perhaps I'm a spiteful B with and Itch and hasn't signed over the documents to allow G&C to get things moving with the Funeral and Public Memorial or is trying to control how the Funeral and or Memorial will take place.

What struck me on that day was that about 1 hour after that video presser C&G were in Court listening to motions filed by Baez (well Cindy did try to interrupt but the Judge put her in her place:clap Cindy was in rare form. Cindy no longer looked like the sad, comatose woman she was just 1 hour previously during their presser with Ms Bart.
It was an act, IMO, I'm not saying it was all an act but to some degree I think Cindy was putting on a act. She played that same part again when they invited Jessica D (?) to do an exclusive interview in their home around the same time I believe.

Yeah , she is very good at compartmentalizing. When you boil all this down it started out with cindy desperately wanting to find Caylee, when she realized that that wasn't happening she moved on to desperately trying to save casey, at all costs. What those costs are we have yet to see, but if the SA's is even considering indicting them I will say that the anthony's will need to take better acting classes.

Don't get me started on that weird bart woman, good grief what mess that one was..(I don't mean just her appearance) she was all over the place and never once made any sense to me.

It has been speculated that the PI was taking pictures or video taping because they couldn't find the resting place and needed assistance. Has anyone tied the video or pics to JB's request to the judge for him to be allowed to take his laptop into Casey's cell. Do the dates correspond in any way? :waitasec:

Good question! Well..that is interesting...Thanks Jay D!! It was the week following DC's searches and he was informed the next Monday on that they had changed the policy. The ruling on the gag order was on the 25th of Nov.

Two other key take-aways for me are:

1. that MB reiterated multiple times that this has been the most emotional week for them yet (one must wonder why, beyond the mall sighting)
2. GA seemed to slip up oce when talking about KFN. He said he wouldn't abandon them, but in the context, it was almost as if he was saying 'abandon them now that...'

Well I think they would if it raked in the dough ray me I have always thought those videos of Caylee and pics were what KC was carrying in JB's office in that big backpack every day!! Did any one else think so? jmo

I don't think this guy Hoover is innocent in this. Remember, this only came to light when he went to the media with his tape. He didn't go to LE. Matter of fact, he used the station's attorney to hand over the tape. This leaves something in it for everyone if you ask me.
