Wowser! I can't wait to hear Dominic Casey's side.

He'll say "nuh-uh" and it will be he said/he said (my guess no link)....but I really can't imagine anyone being that outright with the FBI - not LE, the FBI - and LYING completely. I sure hope DC's "side" is given to the FBI as well...

you think someone paid the meter reader to call the discovery in? or is that too far fetched?

I agree. I thought this when they originally found the bones and C&G went into seclusion immediately - before they were identified - as opposed to LP's Blanchard Park circus act - when all of Orlando was going crazy thinking that he had found a bag of bones, and the A's were back at the KidFinders tent not even remotely concerned about that find. They knew that wasnt her in the Little Econ and they knew it was her around the corner.

JMO

Add to that, on Dec 11, sometime between LKL and arriving back in Orlando, George and Cindy had a brand-new lawyer!

Two other key take-aways for me are:

1. that MB reiterated multiple times that this has been the most emotional week for them yet (one must wonder why, beyond the mall sighting)
2. GA seemed to slip up oce when talking about KFN. He said he wouldn't abandon them, but in the context, it was almost as if he was saying 'abandon them now that...'

You know you bring up a very good point, what exactly made that week particularly emotional? Because Nejame quit? Othewise all that we know now we only just recently learned so this statement wouldn't have made any sense in relation to just that week. So there again we are back at something big happening that week that made it particularly emotional.

Although I also happen to feel that maybe the anthony's knew much longer than nov, possibly all the way back to august, I just don't think they thought Caylee would be found or there were plans to move her and those plans went askew.

We also know that on Oct. 16th, T. Black let it slip that Caylee was dead.

Black said during the live phone interview that the case is not just about the loss of the girl's life but about her mother's fate.

"It's very difficult," Black said in the TV interview. "This is a serious case involving not just the loss of the life of this little girl, but the loss of whatever is going to happen with Casey Anthony."

Also, soon after this search was done...the defense filed a 30 page motion to remove the DP. (Looking for the date)

When was it that Cindy says someone hacked into her computer, do you know? I have to say, I can see M.B. or KFN having something to do with the remains finally being found. Wasn't it like RIGHT after the remains were found that KFN and MB were out? How soon after Cindy and George first met with the new attny were the remains found? How long after this video with Cindy all messed up like that until they hired Conway and the bones were found?

I don't know if I am making sense or not but it's like... what if the A's had told KFN that they were going to get another lawyer and KFN didn't want them to but they did anyway. So suddenly this like random meter reader calls in a tip about pissin' on a bush (or whatever it was) in the middle of friggin' nowhere in the woods and finding a childs scull.

I don't know..

Yes, and this is why I believe she knows she is in deep doo-doo. She would still be talking and seeking the spotlight if she weren't afraid of jail. I don't think they believed that body would be found.

Remember when LP said that the PI said that "we have found Caylee and we are going to go get her"

Could it be that the A's were doubled crossed by someone they thought would take care of things for them??

I think DC determined her body wasn't findable because he couldn't find it. Which worked out great for everybody. They could still claim nanny took Caylee and she was alive somewhere. Good for all the fundraising and good for Casey's defense.

I don't know.. that's what I'm asking myself too atm LOL.

just makes me wonder why he called twice and yet did not check himself...most people knowing Caylee was missing, would have checked the bag on the first call.

Cindy claimed her computer was hacked on December 1st.

Has the police given Casey a polygraph yet? If anyone has that info please post it.

  • #313
LP says he called the FBI lead investigator.
Yes. He said his fingers could not dial N. Savage's cell number fast enough. LOL

I can bet my right arm she has not taken a polygraph give by the police yet.

When is the Prosecutors office or the cops going to do anything about all this stuff? Is anyone going to be arrested? What happened with Lee and his lawyer, what happened to the hacking, where is the FBI and why are they even involved? Is this case federal? Immunity!?
I WANT ANSWERS
Every night there are more questions than answers, there has to be some progress made on the case, why isn't the public being informed?!

Regarding the reason RK did not open the bag himself was stated today on JVM. She said she spoke to alot of MM and they said it is policy that they are not to open bags that they find. It is standard procedure to report it but not investigate anything suspicious.

I just have a feeling Cindy is going to overdose before this whole thing goes to trial

Right?

A defense attorney with standards, who knew?
(Shaking my head) Yeah...who knew?! Someone tried to tell me that once and I think I said they were wrong. Wow...guess I do owe that person an apology. :bang:

That is truly sickening. How does one get past the fact that these people, may have absolutely known that this child was deceased and kept that "alive" theory solely to create zeros on their impending deals as well as empathy in the form of donations? You think you see it all and then BAM
