Did you catch when Kathi B asked something about DC needing legal representation and BC said he doesn't need a lawyer and Kathi B said...

Are YOU sure?????? It was funny. I think even BC laughed.
She's a pistol.

I just keep listening to this and Casey is only nice when she wants Tony's number. The minute Caylee is mentioned she gets so angry and starts blaming...I just wonder if George knew the whole time and hid it from Cindy She just sounds so confused and wanting to believe her daughter,,, No Casey is only concerned with Tony...God this is all so mind boggling

Cindy's attitude changed shortly after this call.

Is there truth to the that...LE picked them up with a warrant?

I honestly have no idea, I was probably off bickering in the psych thread getting myself banned that day LOL. Seriously though, I don't know anything about it, I just liked the way you responded to it, it was cute! :blowkiss:

Thanks! I really do wonder if KFN or MB had a hand in this "getting out" the way it has.

As far as Caylee being found? Nah, KFN and others had too much to lose if Caylee was found dead.

Good ol Kathi B., I have to say she is one person in the media whom it seems is really following the developments in this case closely. Unfortunately I missed this little gem, will have to go back and watch again.

A little off-topic, but has Baez said why he let Dominic C. go/fired him?
Not to my knowledge. I thought he was working for free...can you still get fired?

Not to disgree, LJ, but they actually had BC on the 9th, they just hadn't met in person yet. That said... timing was fortuitous, wasn't it?

Thank's Potato! I totally missed that they had already hired him before they met him.

Don't know how THAT happened, I am usually so clear on my facts with this case!

They were already out, when the A's got up with Conway (they retained him right before Caylee's remains where found, as if they knew the remains were about to be found) they kicked KFN to the curb.

Gosh, I must have been MIA as well. I know we speculated by the number of cars that arrived and met the plane on the tarmac, but I never saw anything verified. Where did that poster disappear to?
BTW- Thanks. :blowkiss:

If the MR was tipped off by someone or coerced to be the one to "find" the body, then whomever tipped him off knew where the body was maybe before, but at least by, August 11, 2008. Does anyone think that he would have told LE who tipped him off once he found Caylee? I do. But I can't buy the conspirarcy theory on that one yet.

Maybe he overheard something being discussed through an open window at the A house while he was reading their meter? I have been in this house for 10 years and have seen my meter reader exactly once and I called the police on him. I caught him in the high bushes in the back yard, looking over the fence into the neighbor's house, using binoculars! Or so I thought. He was meter reading at a distance with some kind of scope. Was my face red? NO. He was driving his uncle's car that day because the company ran out of marked cars and his jacket was generic "Meter Reader", no uniform. He's lucky he didn't get shot, we had only been in the house 2 days. I was not embarrassed in the least, really. Knock on my door before you go in my yard.

My point being, they can be Sneaky Petey's. I installed iron gates. Now he understands. Ya' never know how he may have gotten a "tip". KC was, after all, out on bond at the time, maybe she and mom were having some pillow talk in their "girl's only" room with the window open and he was eavesdropping, accidentally on purpose.

Who knows, he may have witnessed KC park(ed) on the side of the road and/or her movements while he was on Surburban in June, during his meter-reader run.

I am not ready to toss the meter reader overboard on this sinking ship called the KCA. I know Leonard said something like "wait and see" and he had a twinkle in his eye. He knows the course this ship is taking, by golly, and LA is walking the plank! But, I am not there yet. I just don't see the MR as being a part of something so disturbing as to be TOLD where to look by someone and then not reveal that information to LE.

He had absolutely nothing to gain by finding her. Nothing but trouble he really didn't need.

So no daisy chain for me please.

As to the other 2, I would like to see what DC has to say about the 19th and 20th and he should give LE his phone records and the whole bunch of them should take a polygraph and stop playing lame-azz games.

"What did you know, when did you know it, how did you come to know?"

3 answers and it is over. Answer them and be done with it.
