PA - 7 yr old boy forced to wear diaper, locked in coffin

The boy cried while testifying about how his mother slapped him. He said he didn't know what he did wrong to land him in the basement that investigators described as a dungeon.

Ooo that poor little boy will probably spend so many years thinking it was his fault. Then to have to testify? I want to hug him so bad! This case is just sickening. I pray for the children we dont know about.

Feb 2012:

When a Lackawanna County judge reduced his bail in November, the conditions for accused child abuser Brian Sleboda's prospective release were very clear.

Mr. Sleboda, 32, was not to have contact with his co-defendant and then-girlfriend, Lori Gardner, 26, or her son, the 7-year-old victim, according to court records.

But the day after his father bailed him out of the Lackawanna County Prison on Nov. 21, Mr. Sleboda didn't just have contact with his forbidden lover, according to court papers. They arrived at the Lackawanna County Marriage License Bureau, filled out an application, signed the bottom lines and tried to become husband and wife.

July 2012:

Charges were dismissed against a Scranton woman accused of locking her seven-year-old son in a coffin.

The judge dismissed all charges against Lori Gardner because of insufficient evidence.

However, the court is still charging Gardner’s boyfriend, Brian Sleboda, with endangering the welfare of a child.

I did find his FB, tho. One pic posted in 2014.

And when you click on his "about"? One follower. Guess who? Her last name is not Gardner anymore, but it is her face and first name. Sickening.

And she has pics of two younger children (the boy who was an infant at the time) and a little girl, probably 3 in her filthy azz house. And lots of Halloween stuff and a greasy selfie. But no older child. I hope this means he was removed from her "care".

Sorry. I just HAD to find out what happened after.... Now I am going to be digging obsessively....

They were all the updates I could find it's sickening, isn't it... It seems that unless a child actually dies of abuse, all people get is a slap on the wrist - and not even that in this case
