What could his plan have possibly been? Not only thoroughly evil and psychotic but also just stupid. How was this guy ever a cop? What is the FOP doing?

this was to hurt his ex

It would have hurt her more to kill them right in front of her. He had some plan but I can't fathom what it might have been.

Strange case. Sounds like the wife didn't live at the house. He was a 20 year veteran. Wonder if being fired from the police force and a separation drove him over the edge. Horrible all the way.

I imagine he shot them and then himself.
Sadly, I think you're right.
Sounds like he was coming unhinged and took it out on his ex.
Cruelty and selfishness.
Imo.

Rest in peace to Aaminah and Giana.
My condolences to all who loved them.

I have to say, If I see one more comment on SM about " custody/he won't hurt the kid" etc I'm going to blow up! How many times do we see this S***? This makes me ill. Breaks my heart and the thought of what that mother ( who was beaten) is going through right now. JESUS!!!! Not another word!!!!!

In a citizen’s complaint she filed last week against York Area Regional Police Chief Timothy Damon, the wife writes that a Pennsylvania judge granted her an emergency protection order on the evening of Sunday, Nov. 14.

“At approximately 3 a.m. on [Monday, Nov. 15], I was informed by two York Area Regional Police Officers that the chief of police put a stop to this order,” she wrote. “I am given no explanation for the stop and am still unaware of the reason for stopping the order. In the meantime, my two daughters continue to be in the custody of their father, who is a danger to them, me and himself.”

In response to questions about the department’s response, a York Police spokesman said the department intends to publish a timeline that details steps in the investigation. With the matter now referred to the Pennsylvania Attorney General, however, York Police said they will not provide any more information.

How often does LE put a stop on an emergency order?

I’m guessing there will be a Tort Claims Notice filed soon.

good. I hope Miller wins. Sounds like he paid a heavy price both at work and psychologically, due to his inability to to faithfully execute his duties through no fault of his own. Seems as if the same blue wall that created the circumstances that allowed two children to be brutally murdered also punished him for his attempts to avert disaster .
