There was a preliminary hearing scheduled in December of 2022. I can find nothing further on the case.

Just did several searches and same. There has been no update.
By using the OP's link it appears the case was closed on 04/04/2025.
Yet I can not find the alleged within the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

It's very frustrating. Philadelphia, Los Angeles, etc, no updates on several horrible crimes.
I can find nothing on the heartless murder of Sean Toomey, nothing after an order for a preliminary hearing at the beginning of 2023. Many similar cases, just vanished. There's a thread here on this young man.
