I'm really surprised that there's been no progress on this case since the boyfriend(s) was arrested.
Frustrating, isn't it? He's lawyered up and reports say that the lawyer won't let them question him about Alivia. Even if they find evidence of her being with him (her hair in his truck) it's already a fact that she was with him. Until they find a body or some kind of blood evidence, I suspect not much will happen if he's not talking.
It is frustrating. I hope that his phone records or people that know him or Alivia have spoken to LE and they have some kind of evidence. Bless her heart.
Phone evidence keeps bugging me. You recall the article that said she told a friend he would not let her take her phone with her? Wondering if this kid is really that calculating rather than just a butt head that wouldn't let her take her phone. If there was some type of pre-meditated criminal activity, telling her not to have her phone with her is actually a brilliant move. Can't ping it. No texts. Nothing.
Okay advanced sluethers. Need some insight here. This was filed 3/1. Alivia posted last F/B post 3/1 saying she loved the beach and would be home soon. Does the charge here indicate that he was in PA on 3/1 at some point or could he have been charged without being around?
Anyone know what kind of charge this is?http://ujsportal.pacourts.us/Docket...strict=MDJ-05-2-12&docketNumber=NT-0000194-11
During the hearing in City Court, attorneys and Allegheny County Police detectives danced around the issue of Mr. Alexander's missing girlfriend, Alivia Kail, and did not mention her by name or in the context of the investigation into her whereabouts.

Looks to me to be the improper use of Fish and Game Commission Property.

ETA: He would have to be present OR someone falsly identified themselves as him.[/QUOTE
I see Marshall Township (rural area) and Game Commission. Makes me wonder if he was looking for a place to dump a body. I know, I know, that's really morbid. Looking at his record, he doesn't seem like the outdoorsy type trying to find his perfect fishing hole for trout season.

It's possbile. If you look at the link below, it give a good number of possible violations.

I'm really terrible at quoting and posting today... I apologize.
When you say "it's possible" I'm assuming your not talking about scoping out the perfect fishing hole?
:innocent:
You assume correctly... but anything is possible.
I have my morbid moments and I'm right there with ya today. Never underestimate the knowledge and / or stupidity of a suspet.
I'm beginning to think this kid is far from stupid. I'm adding together 1 - she told her friend she wasn't allowed to have her phone, 2 - Alivia posts on F/B 3/1 that she's loving the beach, but from a computer somewhere, 3 - AL was charged for something by the game commission on 3/1 (let's just say Marshall township is not part of this kids neighborhood), 4 - AL already had lawyered up before the police tried to question him and it took them a couple of days to find him.
The brother saw her on 3/4. If AL was scoping the area in Marshall Township on 3/1 when they were allegedly in Florida, makes me wonder if it was even her that posted the F/B message.
Okay, I'm rambling, not sure if any of that made any sense.
