The criminal trial is now scheduled for 11/17/2025 per the docket.

I expect the dates to be moved out but if that doesn't happen then the trial will begin on the date listed with jury selection.

I believe the 11/13 date is when all pending criminal trials for that judge - not just this trial - are gone over and when it is decided if the 11/17 trial commences or not.

So the update to the docket is the criminal trial for 11/17/2025 is now cancelled, as expected. Guess we will see a new date set in the near future.

There was an entry on Jan 8 (bottom of this document) for motion to continue. So no trial this week. Sigh.
