Yeah I believe it is Enzeder. There's a sweathshirt under the jacket. Alot of people do that. I know I always do. In fact a little earlier I went to the store. I saw two guys seperately with black coats and gray sweatshirts underneath. I'm surprised he doesn't have a baseball cap on too. You put the hoodie up over the baseball cap.

Meanwhile I read an article that Casey's MIL said she only came to Philly in the first place to go to rehab. That was back in September. Then they lost track of her for two weeks. She had been turned down for rehab for lack of insuarance.

If it was just detox and not rehab? She probably went to a place very close to where she was murdered. Not a nice place. Your next step is jail.

Hmmmmmmmm, let me look again. I highly doubt it though. In the original video you can see he has a hoodie under his coat. Not the sketch but the video.

I'm still hung up on the walk. They're saying he has a gait. I think it was Fran that said all the young people walk like that with the pants on the ground. I'm now thinking maybe it's just that jail house walk people do. It's an aquired walk one learns in prison. I never got what was up with it, but know people that do it.

We got a line cook who has a Muslim beard with a weird walk. They need to catch this dude like yesterday. I so hate to think there's somebody living by the "no snitches" rule.

I "fine tuned" that pic and did an "edge sharpen" on it and it's brought out every crease and wrinkle. I overdid the fine tuning.

It's a pale hood belonging to the sweat-shirt underneath the jacket. imo It definately looks like a Muslim style beard to me but I may be wrong about the sun-glasses. Don't know?.

I guess the police have been flooding streets of Kensington making low level arrests, prositution, drugs and getting DNA from everyone.

I don't know if they have put out flyers in the neighborhood, but I think that would be better than having stuff online.


Its a shame that this case hasn't gotten more national attention but I guess this is par for the course.

Crymesolver they do have flyers. I was thinking that off the bat. Like how many people in that area have access to a computer? Probably not the poor people that really could use one.

IMO that makes it more dangerous when they start making arrests for posession and distribution. I know it's illegal but that's going to have these women going elsewhere to cop and to dealers they aren't used to seeing. That in turn can lead them right to this guy. JMO

Reen was asking about the undercover cops. Lord knows they've done enough reverse stings. They are anything but naive and poorly trained, but the fact is if the dealers and lookouts know it's them then this guy probably would. He had to have lived there at some point. Maybe still does.

People are saying it is crazy down there. Can't mess with the flow of things without a bunch of people be angry and/or getting sick. I rather see them arrest prostitutes so they can be safe if even just for a few hours down at 8th street. I can't believe I said safe and 8th street in the same sentence.

That's it, enzeder. Thank you. I just messaged my friend because when we saw them running around with them we were like "Where's Arafat?"

Do you think he could have one on under his hood? Could be! However in the first video he didn't. The guys we saw wearing them had their faces covered like they do in Westerns when they hold a bank up.

No matter when we saw the "kids" with them on it was no fashion statement and had nothing to do with religion or political beliefs. It was purely so they couldn't be identified.

I think you're right about that, ezender. I guess it's not all that uncommon to roll one's own cigarettes. Yet, I think it's distinguishable enough that it might help to ID him. Of course, it might not be tobacco he's rolling. Still might make him recognizable, though.

Two things.

1.) Indeed he could be rolling a ciggie. Or a joint. Although people roll those huge Blunts anymore. It is white. They said he's carrying a white iPod. Maybe he's eating it for all we know. Also in connection with the iPod people have said it appears he is texting. I think he was messing with the iPod. Hating to bring up addiction again, but addicts roll their own smokes. I know alot of people do, but addicts need their money. They take what's left from smoked ciggies and then save it up and roll their own.

2.) First he had a soul patch. I don't think a Muslim would have one. Or could they? They he changed to sideburns. O.K. was that poor woman confused or was it just sideburns then and now a full beard?

Conclusion? He's disguising himself. He has an iPod. He needs to be caught.

The reward from Elaine's family is now up to $4,000. I hope the people on the street get at him first as I agree with one of the people who commented at the last link.

I saw the article of the possibility of HIV. Scary. And yes, I'd blame him.

The Keffiyeh is exceptionally common in winter in the neighborhood; I have 2 and was wearing one today. They are warm and keep the skin from being exposed. They are also not considered effeminate, so men can wear then in public. Looking at the photo, it could be a hoodie under a jacket, a very common look.

I doubt if the guy would be Muslim; most Muslims wear a full beard. They also wear a full caftan, though often over jeans.

I did plot the attacks on my mapping program. All attacks are within about a 1/2 mile of each other. Four of them are on the south side of 2500 block of Kensington.

The dates look like, early and then mid month. It could be a welfare check day. If so, we could see another one just after New Year's Day, unless the guy stops or gets caught.

I heard a rumor that someone looking like him was at the Community Legal Services office at Broad and Erie earlier this week, but bolted.

Filly don't you remember the AA drag queen hooker on Admiral Wilson Blvd? He always wore a blonde wig and a red mini skirt with nothing underneath. I used to always beep and wave at him when I drove by and he'd flash me by lifting up the front of that skirt!
