State police are seeking a 31-year-old man whose vehicle was found at the Nor-Bath Trail parking lot in Northampton.

Artem Zalyubovskiy was last seen at 9 a.m. Thursday, police said.

Anyone with information can call state police at Bethlehem, 610-861-2026.

Public records show Zalyubovskiy lives in Allen Township.
