That's not all that late and if she did t drive wouldn't those living with her
Would ask where she was going and if she had a ride and what time she would be back?

I asked basically the same question directly on the FB page for Ashley. Her sister responded saying " If we knew where she was going we would know more information " ..... that doesn't sit right with me. I understand Ashley is 23 and an adult, but with her mental status now known, you would think whoever was in the home with her (Dad, Brother, Sister.. who knows?) would at least have some sort of idea as to why she went outside and left...

i saw that, their answer seemed like they thought you were being rude...but yeah unless her dad was sleeping.

In the local Robesonia and Womelsdorf area, there isn't too much locally to walk too especially later at night.

There are a couple of destinations one might go to... IE: Pizza, Chinese, Turkey Hill Gas Station, Grocery Store, Liquor Store, Beer Mart, McDonald's and that's about it. Since the towns are quite small, there are not too many business to walk to.

People often post tips or sightings on a missing person's FB page or in comments under articles that don't pan out. They often get 'shouted' at too, by people telling them they must contact LE.

I just wish every police dept had a FB page because like it or not, some people seem happier posting info than calling it in. And my own personal opinion is that tipsters should never be criticized. Not just because I think they nearly always mean well, but in case someone else with solid info gets put off.

I think the possible tipster in Ashley's case most probably has been contacted. It wouldn't have been difficult, after all.

reminder: please do NOT discuss comments under media articles or on social media as they are considered rumors. Thank you folks.

I just got fascinated watching the hat making in the factory. Fabulous hats. They don't use pre-shrunk or pre-dyed felt, so there MAY be a possibility of dye stains near trash containers or other outside areas. Maybe that's something to keep in mind. Police did say they didn't find anything of interest besides the original thing connected to Ashley, whatever it was.

Wrong link. This is it. Shows how plain, uncolored felt is used at the start.

If there has been foul play with the deceased person in the woods (highly likely, I think), whoever did it must be a driver. And possibly the hat factory is somewhere en route between their home and where the victim was found?

I hope they won't make this family wait for a week? UGH!

Body found ruled a homicide

According to Ashley's Aunt, we now know where Ashley was going.

Kline left her father's home that night without taking an overnight bag, her cellphone charger or her laptop, according to her aunt.

"She said she was going to a girlfriend's (house) and never returned home," Monteleone said Monday afternoon. "She was always good about letting her dad know where she was."

but when asked on facebook where Ashley was going the admin (her sister) said the family didn't know... WTF

Might be the reason LE is so quiet!
Conflicting info!

It is always frustrating to me when there is not a very clear narrative of what happened. Like, the bare minimum of what we should know is this person left at this time saying they were going here and got in a vehicle/walked/bus/cab/biked and this was normal or abnormal. Like, would it be normal for her to walk to a friends in that weather? How far away was the friend's house? Next door? Several miles?

It is hard to say what might have happened because I am unsure if she was walking a long way in the cold? Or got in a vehicle? Did she ever reach her friend's house?

However, ultimately I think this is going to be one of those tragic close to home cases :( She looks so young in her pictures-it will really be horrible if someone she loved and trusted took advantage of her.
