LACKAWANNA COUNTY: Missing Endangered Person Advisory.

PSP Dunmore is searching for Ava Vega, 8.

Vega may be in the company of Kelly Orr, 35.

Vega was last seen on March 3 at approximately 12 midnight on Fawn Hill Lane, Newton Township.

Police believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury.

Well, is she, or is she not, actually confirmed to be with Ms. Orr?! Is this wording similar to using 'allegedly', as we see in so many other cases? My cynicism is showing at the ambiguity of their statements. I apologize!

Missing Girl from Lackawanna County Found Safe

Newton Township, PA — State Police in Lackawanna County say an 8-year-old girl who went missing late Saturday night was found safe Sunday afternoon.

According to troopers, Ava Vega was last seen around midnight on Fawn Hill Lane in Newton Township, near Clarks Summit. Authorities said the girl may have been with her mother, Kelly Orr, 35.

Troopers did not say where the girl was located or who she was with.
