In 1997 (!) DNA profiling was just evolving but already known. Cremating an UID at this time without saving samples was a crime imo.it won’t work for two cases from the 1990s – a headless woman found in the Poquessing Creek in Bensalem and a man found on the banks of the Neshaminy Creek, Johnson said.
“Unfortunately, for the 1995 case and the 1997 case they were cremated, (and) there does not appear to be any samples that were retained,"
Bensalem resident William “Wild Bill” Montgomery was arrested in 1994. She was found 1995 and had only been there four weeks.1995? Most likely another one of William Montgomery's victims. He targetted strip club dancers/prostitutes.
It is sad she is still unidentified.
