What would/could cause a small hole in the humerus?

This is purely speculative, but maybe a leftover hole from where a temporary implant was screwed in.

It is sad she is still unidentified.

In 1997 (!) DNA profiling was just evolving but already known. Cremating an UID at this time without saving samples was a crime imo.

Bensalem resident William “Wild Bill” Montgomery was arrested in 1994. She was found 1995 and had only been there four weeks.
