Sorry if this has already been discussed but the daughter was "withdrawn" from her school May 1?????? What is up with that????

I was afraid they would say the girl was not heard.. I surely hope mom did not hurt Julia.

If she were running away with the daughter. I would think she would not call 911 as all parent know missing child would cause an amber alert. Also they would be looking for her car.

So to me there are only three things possible.

1.There really was a kidnapping which most likely was a hired hit.

2. Mom did something to this child and mom will reappear saying they took her daughter.

3. current husband did something, and even the 911 calls are staged.

Wonder if there is a bitter custody battle going on....

Her myspace saying she's single in March, I wonder if any of her friends will talk if there was a custody battle or something? I hope there's someone on NG tonight to clear up some of these things jnTX.

I agree. Mom did something and this was all staged as an after thought IMO. I'm thinking the amnesia alibi though.

Why did she list her self as single on her myspace? Was she looking for a love interest? Or just making an announcement to people in her myspace community....this could be a key.

I see no reason either why she would, but there's a lot of cases where the parents seemed to be 'great parents' and wonderful people... that are now behind bars.

I hate thinking of the mother this way or being so suspicious. When I cannot come up with any common sense explanations for the inconsistencies, it makes me think she's covered up something for herself or someone else.

I don't think that was intentional. Her myspace doesn't look very set-up. I'm thinking she just didn't change it. Maybe didn't know how?
