If she was put in a bag, was she gagged and tied too? Was she threatened not to talk or move?

I wonder if that bird changed locations after the victim was released? Maybe the owner of the bird asked someone (a neighbor?) to take care of the bird after they had to "leave suddenly" for some reason. Just throwing ideas out there. I'm not sure if the bird has always been located at the home that was searched or not.

Very good thought about the bird.

Could it be possible that only one female from the residence (kidnapper) and the man who met them are the only ones who know about N being there? And then the teen China who released her? So the man and kidnapper did whatever they did to poor N until other children got home from school and other adults got home from work. So she was hidden under the bed until everyone was asleep and they could get her out of there. That's just crazy.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post this. I need the sleuths here to help. I have found a connection between "a house" and the park. Someone related to someone lives within a few blocks of the park in Upper Darby.:what: Does anyone know for sure what address we are looking at?

Does anyone know the name of the day care that the victim went to?

If you are looking at 624*, I found the same thing. I don't think it's unusual for family members to live in Darby and this area, but it is not something to overlook either, IMO.

The more I look at that family online, the more I wonder if the grandfather was so vehement that it was not revenge upon him because he already knew who the police were closing in on.

ITA. That means his claim of people dressing up as Muslims to commit crimes is spot on. Scary that it was done to one of his own family. I don't think the perps are Muslim anymore at all. I do think they know the victim and her family though. JMO

If this motive for this abduction was sexual and a female was directly involved, I hope she gets the same punishment as the one(s) who assaulted her. Sick sick sick. JMO

I haven't seen Chelsea's name attached at all to this situation, but I doubt she is involved. Because she went missing around the same time previously, also for an extended period of time, I wonder if the police are aware of a difficult home situation that she is running from and so didn't look too hard for her.

DHS is overloaded in this area and trust me from personal experience, it is VERY, VERY difficult to get a child removed from their parents in Philadelphia, regardless of how much physical abuse and neglect you have documented and witnessed.

the timing and proximity thing with the teen named Chelsea who disappeared on the same day still troubles me, but thus far I can find no connection to her and this case.

I was so sure we would hear of an arrest today.
For those who have been sleuthing names and addresses and fb...do you think le is making progress...in the right direction?
I want to see justice for this brave little girl.

If the forensics come back a match to that house, they still have to find the man. The news said they weren't being cooperative yesterday. They could have sold N for money and this creep is long gone. I hope it's much more easier than that to find him, like arrest the women and make them talk. They will talk if arrested & charge with kidnapping & sexual assault etc..

Just babbling out loud.

I wonder if the victim was made to listen to the bird again at the police station to determine if it was the same one. I'm sure it is but the police need to be sure.

I can only hope that a delay in an arrest at this point, is because LE wants to proceed with extreme caution to make sure all charges stick. They want to be careful that these SOB's don't slide through any loopholes.

Or perhaps the bird was seized to afford LE an opportunity to find out all the phrases it is capable of saying.

We know the bird says "shut up!" but what if N described a certain phrase the bird said when in captivity?

Maybe they held the bird for a time to try to discern if it knows any other phrases or a very specific one.

I can't figure out who the 19 year old is.

Maybe 'shut up' is what was said to the victim over and over again and the bird learned that phrase? Then again, maybe 'shut up' was screamed at the bird over and over again for being too loud. IDK. I'm just positive that the bird will help seal the deal with who did this.
