UPDATE: 12/21/35 @ 1730 hours: Search efforts have been suspended for the night for the safety of first responders. Manor Township wants to thank PaWSAR, PSP, Team 330, Station 116 Water Rescue, Station 60 boats, Station 130 boats, Manor Township VFC, and Ford City Ambulance for their search efforts. Search efforts will continue on 12/22/25.

Manor Township, PaWSAR, members of Armstrong County Team 330, and members of Lower Kiski Search & Rescue will continue coordinated search efforts in the Allegheny River along the Rails to Trails beginning at 1000 hours.

To help search teams work safely and efficiently, community members are asked to stay clear of the Rails to Trails and adjacent waterways.

Increased foot traffic, recreational activity, and water use can interfere with search operations and working dogs. We appreciate the community’s cooperation and understanding as crews continue these efforts.

Updates will be provided as they become available.
