PA - Diana Ramos, 66, Flight attendant found deceased in hotel room, Philadelphia, Sept 2023

Great job bringing attention to this case so the family can hopefully get closure. I can't even imagine what they're going through.

This seems like the type of case Ashleigh Banfield would cover on her TV show because things just aren't adding up (especially if her phone pinged elsewhere). Try submitting it and maybe she'll cover it.

Thank you. Just emailed them via the link. A lot of these cases get brought up on Dateline or whatever and it’s a one and done thing, and they’re still cold cases. For instance, I’m trying to get an interview with one case that was brought up on Dateline and the family just wants to bring attention to it because a lot of cold cases become desperate because in this case I’m speaking on (Different from Diana Ramos) they basically know who did it but cannot get enough evidence on the person to charge them. I really think though that the Diana Ramos interview was good and that I hope I can keep the same momentum with cases in the future but it is really sad that nobody is paying attention to these cases. People are desperate to find resolution either because police resources tie up the case or some other reason. Enough is not being done and I don’t know that my website is helping in any meaningful way but I know I like to ask the person I’m interviewing, “Who was this person? What were they like?” Because I want people to know how important their life was and that they meant a lot to their families.

You are doing a good thing by trying to help these families get answers. It's tragic how many cold cases are out there. It is especially frustrating when it's obvious who the perp is but they're still walking free many years later. Your compassion toward the family and victim is important.

Yeah, if you look at the statistics cold cases are actually on the rise. Given the advances in technology, that may seem illogical but investigations take a lot of money and police don’t have the resources to investigate. I wrote an article on this when I was trying to appeal to Google but Google is a hopeless cause, but it opened my eyes to the fact that cold cases are actually on the rise. You’d be surprised at that fact but a lot of variables go into that fact. It is alarming, actually.
