HARCLERODE failed to return to the hospital. At the time, a report was made with the PSP Harrisburg Barracks. HARCLERODE was wearing a brown corduroy jacket, flannel shirt, and sneakers. HARCLERODE'S physical appearance was thin and appeared frail, but was well mentally. HARCLERODE was described as being confused and not able to care for himself.

I wouldn't exclude this UID based on the estimated weight, since according to this study, those estimates are very often wrong.

The remains were found about 150mi from Harrisburg, but I don't think that's a dealbreaker.
