Centre County Coroner Scott Sayers said Monday that no immediate cause of death was found. Toxicology, which will take several weeks, is pending, Sayers said.

She certainly wasn't dressed for freezing weather. The temperature was 4 degrees at the time she was found.

The body of Stephanie Machen, 25, of Norristown was found along the 400 block of Mill Road, Frederick Harran, Bensalem Township director of public safety, confirmed.

Police believe Machen’s body was dumped from a car after a drug overdose.

Arrest Made In Bensalem Body Dumping Case

Police say he dumped the body of Stephanie Machen, 25, of Norristown on the side of Mill Road after she suffered an overdose in Philadelphia.

Police believe Machen suffered an overdose inside a house on the 700 block of West Russell St in Philadelphia. Her body was discovered around 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Finnegan confessed to transporting and discarding her body on the roadside, police say.

The case is still under investigation.

Jane Doe was found February 14th in State College, PA. Stephanie was found February 16th outside of Philadelphia (200 miles away).

Edit- This Jane Doe has been identified as Corinne Pena.

Ferguson Township police IDENTIFIED her as 35-year-old Corinne Pena.

The Ferguson Township police department had provided photos of Pena's tattoos on Monday in an attempt to identify her.

Police believe that Pena was driven to the area, dumped on the roadside, and abandoned by a vehicle late on Saturday night or early on Sunday morning. The autopsy determined that the time of death was likely between 11 p.m. on Saturday and 3:20 a.m. on Sunday.

Man who dumped Corinne's body plead guilty and was recently sentenced to probation and community service

"Moir was ultimately sentenced to two years probation and one day of community service. He will be charged with the costs of prosecution, but no fines were levied against him.
