Forgot about updating on this. Doe Network voted no due to dental age being off, which honestly worries me. Very recently, Marcia Thomas was identified and her dental age was way off.

Also, Doe Network voted no on ONLY dental age, no other factors were taken into account. Or at the very least, they listed no other reasons.
Id go straight to LE

I was expecting a breakthrough today, but I guess not. Hopefully we’ll find out who she is soon.

Wow I can't wait. I'm so happy that she won't go nameless for another year.

Now, investigators say they’ve identified her as 14-year-old Ruth "Ruthy" Elizabeth Brenneman, she was about one month away from her 15th birthday,

Thanks for sharing. So glad she has her name back. I'm appreciative her family shared it with us.
Still a lot of unanswered questions, though. Like how did a 14 year old girl leave for school, never come back, and there appears to be no record of her disappearance? Also, she was found about an hour away from her hometown. How in the world did not one person recognize her case, not a family member, classmate, neighbor or friend? Being so close, how could they miss stumbling upon her case randomly, as this case was publicized? Investigators aren't sure if she were reported missing, or not. This totally blows my mind no one looked for her or those that knew her didn't put two and two together sooner, she being found so close to where she went missing.
RIP, Ruth. I hope you get the justice you deserve. My deepest sympathies to her family.

I was wondering the same thing. I am so glad she finally got her name back, but makes me sad that she wasn't identified a long time ago.
