Any idea if the defense is calling anyone except Dominick? I didn't see anything about that in the article or the video report. Wouldn't be surprised to see a verdict by week's end.

Defense was to put 2 witnesses up, but because of the ruling that LaFamilia testimony wasn't admissible they could not. If they had, the prosecution would then be able to introduce what they have about LaFamilia.

I saw another article saying a high school teacher would be a character witness, and tonight's update from Rebekah Brown says court heard from witnesses who said Dominick was a peace-loving person.

I am surprised that the defense thinks this last-minute turn of whodunit will stick.

The evidence is against this dipwit.

I don't think it's a matter of defense muddying waters as much as the jury paying attention to all of the evidence and testimony. A lot of information left out of daily newspaper articles. It's certainly interesting case.
