*Pretrial Hearing (@ 9am ET) - PA - Grace Packer (14) (July 4, 2016/found Oct. 31, 2016) - for Jacob Patrick Sullivan (44) indicted on 1st degree murder, rape, kidnapping & dismemberment. DA seeks DP; Trial to start Sept 17; Judge ruled to seal the case. Hearing set for April 16, proposed voir Dire, etc on or before May 18th; trial Sept. 17th.
and for Sara Packer (42) adopted "mom" indicted on 1st degree murder, rape, kidnapping & dismemberment. Pled not guilty. DA not sure of DP yet.
Proposed voir dire questions & jury instructions have to be filed by today, 3/16.

From what I can tell, the next trial date is 9/17/2018

There hasn't been anything lately in local news sources either. This case took place in Bucks county which is also where the Cosmo Dinardo case happened so my guess is they have their hands full right now!

I also read that the court-appointed attorney for Katz in the Dinardo/Katz case is the same attorney representing Sara Packer. Katz' trial has not been scheduled yet.

Jury selection in the trials of Sara Packer, 43, and Jacob Sullivan, 45, had been slated for Sept. 17 in Doylestown.

Court records show that a Bucks County judge recently granted a defense motion to continue the case and set it for Jan. 14, 2019.
