Hmmm...The first story called her Grace PaRker. This has her name as PaCker. Maybe that's why I couldn't find anything else about her?

Hunters found the dismembered body of a missing Abington Township girl in the woods of rural Pennsylvania on Halloween and now the Grace Packer's mother is a person of interest in her disappearance as prosecutors search for the girl's killer...

Dental records connected through the national missing persons database helped identify Grace, said the DAs. Due to the ongoing investigation, prosecutors didn't reveal how Grace died...

Abington Township and Montgomery County detectives say that Packer withheld information about her daughter's disappearance and hindered efforts to find Grace including not sharing a photo of her for two months, said prosecutors. Packer also didn't reveal to detectives that the family was moving to Richland, Bucks County at the time Grace went missing.

ETA: My bad: "She was last seen alive on July 4 at a family picnic in Laurys Station. Sara Packer's father and brother both said they saw her then, and Packer didn't tell them about Grace's disappearance until recently, officials said. Sara Packer is the last person known to have seen her alive." (BBM)
