He could be in the wind at this point. If he owns a car, the PA turnpike is close. Too many possible scenario's to list.

All of the schools in the Wormleysburg/Harrisburg area are out for summer break as of Friday. A handful of charter and private schools have kids in for finals this week.
The area is crawling with kids.

I hope this dude turns up and quickly.
He could literally walk to Harrisburg Amtrak/Greyhound station if he was inclined.

One thing Hburg has going for it is lots of law enforcement. Capital Police/Hbg City Police/State Police. Lots of security cameras if he did hoof it across the bridge.

I did not know that Megan's Law covered all sexual offenders. Not all registrants have been convicted of an offense against a minor.
