A Law & Crime video from June which I posted in the previous thread on 7th September. It was then made private by 3rd October.

The host had quoted Shrager as saying psychological information would likely come into play. Apart from that line I didn't find any other information that isn't out in the public domain.

He was still representing her at the pre-trial hearing on 13th September. Did he say anything about the case on TV since then?

I haven't been able to find any updates in the media at all.

I don't know. Media reports have been pretty sparse but that makes the L&C video stand out even more.

Still if the issue arose on Sept 7, the fact that he still represented NV a mere 6 says later on Sept 13 seems to me to be either 1. Meaningless as it was a time issue 2. Not necessarily a sign there was a conflict issue for him.

I don't know what happened. But I do think there are possibilities other than he initiated the withdrawal because he felt conflicted. He is apparently a really big gun in the area--flamboyant-- but not everybody is satisfied with or can work with a big gun used to getting lots of press attention for his work.

Were there any pictures of the twins in the video?

Their family, via a fund raising website, has recently requested that all previously distributed images be recalled. To paraphrase—no media outlet has permission to use the photos.

I also wonder if it may have to do with the restraining order. Just a thought.

I'll have to have a look to see if the later one from when the death penalty was announced is still up. BRB.

So, I'm not sure about the Protective Order relating to the photos. Because the Commonwealth's petition for the order was made on 16th October and the videos were down long before then.

But maybe it made it official.
