The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 44 year-old Missing Adult Person James Barnes. He was last seen at 2:00 P.M., on Wednesday, June 12th, 2019, on the 4100 Block of Chestnut Street (Project Home).
He is 6’3″, 185 lbs., medium brown complexion, medium build, brown eyes and black hair. He frequents the area of Kensington Avenue and Somerset Street.
