He has some court history that might be pertinent as to his mental state which is why I'm including other than the most recent. He's been convicted of several drug possession charges and an assault, but in most of them his attorney proferred that he was not mentally competent to stand trial, although ultimately he was given jail time or probation. But that has me wondering if his mental health state was something that's been going on for a number of years, his first case showing up in 2017. IMO, that could be a factor in his behavior if he is needing medical/psych assistance and not getting medically appropriate care or diagnosis.
