6 News has obtained an affidavit of probable cause that outlines the timeline of events surrounding the disappearance of a missing Johnstown woman, Jilly Todaro, whose remains were found buried in the basement of a Kernville residence where she and now convicted murderer Brian Giles formerly resided. Authorities confirmed that Giles is now being charged with homicide in Todaro's death, just one week after he was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted in the murder of his wife, Nancy.
