The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Joseph Durham. Joseph was last seen Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at 5:45 pm at his residence on the 5xx Manheim Street.

Joseph is 12 years-of-age, 5’5, 100 lbs., light complexion, black curly hair and hazel eyes and was last seen wearing stone washed jeans, black coat and white Nike sneakers.

The description sounds like he is quite thin for his height. On a night like tonight, I can't help but wonder if he is hungry or cold. May God be with him and the searchers.
