Police have not charged the man with abducting the woman, only with physically abusing her last month. They have a simple assault warrant for his arrest. Police said Clemons assaulted Kunco in December and recently threatened the woman and her family in a Facebook post.
Trooper at the scene would not say if its the body of a Baldwin woman who has been missing since Wednesday night.

In addition to criminal homicide, aggravated assault, access device fraud, abuse of a corpse, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence in the Kunco case, Clemons faces burglary, robbery, theft and simple assault charges in connection with a home invasion in Canonsburg Jan. 8, 2012, and a charge of flight to avoid apprehension in connection with an alleged assault of Kunco in December 2011.
The prosecution is seeking the death penalty against Clemons in the homicide case.

A Mount Washington man who was sentenced to death Thursday by a Washington County jury was formally sentenced Friday, the district attorney there said.
It was requested and granted that Jordan Clemons, 26, of Mount Washington be immediately transferred to the state Department of Corrections, District Attorney Eugene Vittone said.
