Supposedly no one. The house “burnt down” in January 2023. This guy just has the worst luck right? First Wife dies in 2021, house burns down in 2023, 2025 second wife disappears and has likely been found dead on a property he used to own.

The way the report was written in the first article, not this one. It sounds like maybe Katlyn’s family and others with them found her body, then notified police?

Or did LE find some indication when they searched the present house?
Is that spot where he got stuck in the mud anywhere near that old property?

The property where she was found is between 7-8 miles from the Fairview Rd property she disappeared from.

His vehicle was pulled out of the mud in the Middleburg area, which is about 40 miles or an hour away.

WNEP from Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton is supposed to be live on Harp Ln at 6 p.m.

WNEP was not there live, and confirmed absolutely nothing. Just said there was an incident on Harp Ln that PSP and local fire department is on the seen of.

If LE wasn't searching that property, if I were the family I'd be searching there. That would have been a no brainer place to search. Empty property with a burned down house that used to belong to the husband? Platter.....

Yes, her husband previously owned the property. The house on it burned down January 2023, and the land was sold later that year.

It is a rural property near the village of Rupert, between Bloomsburg and Catawissa.
