Probation Supervision be specially supervised by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole. The Court Notes that the above Sentence is a Split Sentence. Refrain from the possession and/or consumption of alcohol and that she not enter any establishment
where alcohol is served while under supervision. Attend Pike County Mental Health and Developmental Services for an Evaluation and comply with any
recommended treatment at her own expense until successfully discharged. The Court notes that the District Attorney's Office is not representing an amount of Restitution at this time.
