Yes, we finally have some answers. At least now we know what the video and phone evidence is. Those google searches will get you every time. She searched for medical explanations for King's symptoms but didn't bother to seek medical attention, which points to premeditation.

Early on we discussed the garbage collection schedule and found that in the weeks after King disappeared garbage pickup was delayed by two weeks in many parts of the city.

She must have made it just in time. If it had been a few days later, King's body would have been found. I doubt they will ever find it now, even if they searched the landfill for months, especially if the garbage was incinerated.

“Based on internet searches Parks conducted on her cellphone around the time King disappeared, authorities believe she fractured his skull, killing him.

“The force that it takes to do that shows intent,” Lightsey said, arguing that a jury should decide if Parks is guilty of first-degree murder, which requires premeditation and malice, or third-degree murder, which requires malice but not premeditation.

“What is most likely is that Tianna Parks lost her control with this child, whether it was potty training or something else. She hit him,” the prosecutor said, and instead of taking him to a doctor “she took him to the trash.”“

Philadelphia Homicide Detective Laura Hammond testified that on July 16, police received a tip that a body had been dumped in the trash in that Penn Street block. But by the time police arrived, the trash on that block had already been picked up, incinerated at a Chester waste management facility, then buried in a Bensalem landfill, Hammond testified.

As early as June 24, Parks began doing internet searches on her phone on topics including skull fractures, how to treat a black eye, and what it means when a person exhibits “raccoon eyes,” Zajac testified.

Lightsey played video clips and showed photos from the security camera at Park’s apartment that show her repeatedly departing and returning without King in late June and early July; and of her struggling to carry with both arms a large red suitcase and placing it in the trunk of her car on July 6.

On July 7, Parks was filmed at a Lancaster Avenue car wash removing the suitcase from the trunk with one hand and placing it in the backseat.

I take it LE was never able to find the red suitcase after she went to the car wash?

It doesn't sound like it. She probably tossed it in the garbage with the body inside. Either that or she disposed of it somewhere else.

On July 6th, she struggled to carry the suitcase out of the apartment. On July 7th, she lifts it with one hand out of the trunk ...

Right, she took it out of the trunk and put it on the seat, apparently. I'm assuming she was not caught on video disposing of it. It's unlikely that she would have removed the body before throwing it away. She probably pulled up in front of a dumpster or garbage can, opened the door and quickly tossed it in.

FBI Special Agent James Zajac testified that GPS data linked to Park’s cellphone indicated that on the days she said she was out of town with King she was actually in Philadelphia, primarily at her apartment. GPS data also indicated that on the morning of July 7, Parks spent about 20 minutes parked near Kelly Drive by the river, and in the 100 block of Penn Street.

IMO- She loaded the suitcase with King in it into the car on July 6th. On July 7th, she removes him from the suitcase at the location noted above. From there she goes to the carwash, later discarding the red suitcase somewhere.

I think they are talking about Marv, the father to Amber's daughter. He was said to be a primary caretaker of King along with Tianna. He's described as the "stepfather" but he was not married to Amber.

There hasn't been much mention of the biological father but I don't think he was involved in King's life. Imo

Oh, ok, so it sounds like she removed the body at the first location, then went to the carwash with an empty suitcase, took it out of the trunk, and from there went somewhere else and got rid of it.

Did they say what time of day she was seen at the carwash?

Ok, I just read that after she was seen near the river, she drove to Penn St in Germantown, where LE spotted a trashbag on the sidewalk. They believe the body was inside the trash bag.

Sounds like she didn't even throw it into a garbage can, she just left it sitting there.

Imo

(noting 20 minutes for overall statistical purposes re: disposal time / this type of thing is/was discussed a lot in cases such as Lucas’s and others.)
